Carin Prins, psychologist

Carin Prins is a Dutch psychologist and cognitive behavioral therapist. Being an advisory and coaching psychologist for businesses and individuals, she is specialized in leadership, stress and change management.
Carin offers a sounding board for the strategic development of the human factor from a psychological perspective. She offers services in Dutch and English.

Cognitive behavioral therapist

Carin studied Occupational and Organizational Psychology at the University of Amsterdam. She was an Associate Fellow of the Albert Ellis Institute in New York, where she attended programs for cognitive behavioral therapist and supervisor. Prior to founding Prins & Partners, Carin was a Managing Director at the Institute of Human Resource Management in The Hague, responsible for international clients.

Stress approach

Since the late eighties Carin focuses on the approach to stress within (family) businesses and international organizations. She likes to share her knowledge: she gives lectures and workshops, and writes columns and articles. In 2013 she was Interactive Think Thank Leader at the Global Women In Leadership (WIL) Economic Forum in Dubai.
